"Everything in life is a vibration" - Albert Einstein
12-1-21

Hello December!
The past two weeks have been a big blur of a lot of F words. No silly, not THAT "f" word although there might have been a few of those f's thrown in there from time to time. I'm talking family, friends, food and most importantly having fun. Our house and bellies have been full....we have been staying up way too late, working out less, eating more but I am here for it all!!!
Missing out on all that last year was depressing and I was most grateful to be able to hug family and friends, love them and spend time with them this holiday season. I choose to be grateful, I choose to see the light and spread light and high vibes.
Don't have tons of time to recap much since I missed a week....but check out our family photo album below for a visual recap of our past few weeks!
Annnnd......on to a update I can not pass up!!
Fifteen. My baby is Fifteen!
Can not even believe it.
I barely feel older then that now haha, and yet, here I am, in charge of leading and guiding this boy who is almost entirely a little man. I am so, so so freaking proud of this wonderful human and am excited/scared/nervous for next year when you will be officially licensed for the road :) Until then, enjoy your new bmx bike dude XO

Just a collection of randomness and things that made me laugh this week that I'm sharing in hopes of making you smile. Don't be boring, just scroll and laugh a little bit :)

Weekly Reminder for Myself
(and maybe you too)
The law of nature that states everything has a vibration. If you've taken a chemistry class and were not sleeping during it, you might remember learning about atoms, and that everything is made up of atoms. These atoms are in a constant state of motion, and depending on the speed of them, they appear as a solid, liquid, or gas. Sound is also a vibration and so are thoughts.
As you notice and experience it for yourself, you realize that the entire material world is nothing but vibration. When we experience the ocean of infinite waves surging inside us, the raging river of inner sensations flowing within like lava, the eternal dance of the countless vibrations within every atom of the body during every moment of the day, we will witness our continuously changing vibrations and growing nature.
All of this is happening at an extremely subtle level . . . As you experience the reality of everything being different vibrations, you also start experiencing the reality of the mind: consciousness, perception, sensation and reaction. That's all the time I have this week, thanks for reading!
