My hope is that every family who wishes to document meeting their baby for the first time is able to. Birth is a vulnerable and intimate event. Being invited into your sacred birthing space is not something I take on lightly. Krystal's experience in photography and knowledge about the birth process allows her to be comfortable in the birth space and qualified to document the most intimate and life-changing moments of your life. I was certified as a birth photographer through Birth Becomes You when I completed The Essence of Birth live course in the fall of 2020.

I believe in capturing the most powerful, raw, emotional,
beautiful love story one will ever go through. I love the fact that photos can bring back a moment in time
without a single word. Images can be powerful and
help families remember and process those first hazy moments after birth.
After having four births of my own (two medicated hospital and two unmediated home births), I have a clear understanding that ALL births are unique and can never go 100% as planned.
The uncertainty of birth lights me up and excites me,
while keeping me grounded at the same time.

births in order to build up my experience and
