Super Simple Chicken Marinade

With a tiny bit of preparation you can have super fast and delicious chicken for that busy week night that everyone will enjoy.

We have been using this marinade in my family ever since I can remember.  In fact I'm sort of embarrassed to admit how easy it really is.

What you need:

Italian Vinaigrette or Dressing
I found a good one at Fresh & Easy (in pic above) but the Bernstein's brand will always be my favorite when I have it.

Any kind will work but we always prefer boneless & skinless breasts

Put the chicken into a Ziploc bag and pour about 1/3-1/2 cup of the Italian Dressing per two chicken breasts right on top the the chicken.  Seal bag and be sure to coat all sides of chicken with dressing. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.  I like to do the marinating the night before I plan on having this so they soak up all the dressing and become super flavorful.

We love to grill so we will always opt for grilling them but you can also pan fry them if you wish.
Cooking time depends on how large your chicken breasts are and how hot your grill is.  If your meat still has bones it will always take a bit longer too cook.

Serve this chicken with any sides you like.
We love to grill up some fresh asparagus or broccoli to go with it, or try tossing it on top of your favorite salad!
