Stir Fry Made Easy!


I have been browsing through my old recipes and magazines trying to pull out and organize all my favorite recipes and also save ones I want to try someday.  I came across this chart in one of my old food network magazines, and I gave it a try this week!  These five easy to follow steps resulted in a wonderful home cooked stir fry that looked (and tasted) better than most takeout.  There is so many options and you can throw whatever you have on hand into it.  I wanted to put my bok choy that I got from Bountiful Baskets to good use, so I used that along with some chicken, carrots, onions, and mushrooms!   I added some cooked soba noodles to the stir fry at the end to soak up all that yummy brown sauce and it was very good.  To print your own copy of this handy guide click here and select download image
